Organization started discrimination based on kannada language over hindi, managers are non-technical so they blindly believe on architects ,there is no feedback for architect If you opt work from home ,then micromanagement will start you will face toxic work culture, company does not has budget even for team lunch, every thing is Dutch based, if you work here then forget about promotion and hikes only more and more work will be given, if you join this company you will feel like I heard alot of good name about this company but actually it is one of the bad company hidden under label of good company, this company does not act like product company only
