      Pros

Very smart and collaborative associates under the director level

      Cons

Leadership, from BoD to C-level and all the way down to SVPs are the worst that I or any of my former colleagues have ever seen. Zero direction or true strategy, narcissistic/egomaniacs leading the organization, and a WILDLY political climate that inhibits any long-term advancement unless you are Eastern European. The culture has degraded to a point where the culture is gone, constant in-fighting between teams and business units, leaders not seeing eye to eye, shady behind-the-scenes conversations and ZERO respect for the associates who work very hard for the organization. While the people outside of leadership are great, dont get fooled that the company is on a growth trajectory. Removing thousands of associates and reducing OPEX tends to show positive results... just unfortunate to see so many good people being taken advantage of. Its not shocking why the turnover is so horrendous. Unlimited PTO and Remote work is great, but have fun finding any valuable benefits as a US associate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and perspective. We understand that experiences can differ, and we are sorry to hear that yours was not as positive as you had hoped. We do want to note that many of our associates – across different geographies and levels – share very different experiences, highlighting collaboration, professional growth opportunities, and a culture of innovation as key reasons they value SoftServe. While no organization is perfect, we continuously work on strengthening leadership practices, alignment, and transparency, guided by feedback from both current and former colleagues. We appreciate you recognizing the talent and dedication of our associates as well as the flexibility we provide. Your comments help us reflect on areas for improvement while also reinforcing where we are making progress. We wish you success in your future endeavors and thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

      Pros

      Cons

Salary growth can be slower compared to product companies, and project allocation sometimes depends on availability rather than preference. Bureaucracy in internal processes can slow things down.
