Does Sprinklr offer dental insurance?

Pros

AMAZING culture, focus on work-life balance, focus on employee happiness, focus on making customers happier, belief in the product, great pay, flexible work schedule/location, remote work available, unlimited PTO, detailed training, engaged management, clear expectations, the full extent of insurance is standard for any good company (medical, vision, dental, life insurance)

Cons

the company is only about 10 years old and still growing so the 401k package is lower than older larger companies currently, but as the company grows, so will the 401k matching. otherwise, there are honestly no cons that I have found yet.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, giving honest feedback, and your team will continue to be great!

Does Sprinklr have a pension plan?

Pros

- The product marketing team are insane at how quick they update and improve collateral and resources - Great customers, happy customers, opportunity to do huge deals and really make an impact with what you're doing - Excellent management, great opportunity to improve yourself, with frank but polite feedback for improvement which (despite how your pride feels at that exact moment) is correct - Big improvement in the customer success business recently

Cons

- Hard work, but anything worth doing is; if you're running low on midnight oil it could be a challenge - Work-life balance has taken a hit during CV19, but there is a genuine culture of trying to avoid this where necessary - Have to be a self-motivator, I think that differentiates the successful here - The technology sales process is complex, and I think there is sometimes too many ideas on this. Simplification of this might reduce confusion with new team members and old hands - Management are incredibly busy, so getting time with them can be tough but they do make the effort - Some bottlenecks still with support resource but not terrible - Benefits aren't the best, like pension for instance (I've had to take out a private one just to supplement it) but health care recently improved

Advice to Management

Sprinklr greatest USP can also be it's the biggest problem for sales. We do so much, so well, its hard to specialise across all the different offerings. I expect we may move into an overlay sales model soon, but it would be a great help if we did. Also, I'm not sure we're across enough events (pre-CV19) and after the pandemic, it would be good to see that change.
