Good work culture and it has very good Flexible work timings, Good medical coverage and also various project to look for our career

Salary is not up to the mark and hike is very less. And many support projects are there so very difficult for freshers

Does Tata Consultancy Services have a pension plan?
Pros
Good projects to work on (but you have to choose carefully). Pretty decent work life balance. Other positives such as learning and skill development, flexibility, health insurance, pf, pension etc. are already standard among most of the IT companies and are no longer distinguishing factors.
Cons
Since most of the benefits are already standard across most IT companies, the major factor becomes salary, which is TCS' biggest negative. The base package for a Management Trainee has been around 5.8lpa for the past 3-4 years, which comes to around 42-44k per month in hand. For context, other IT giants such as Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini offer at minimum around 7.5lpa (most offer around 8lpa) which comes to around 55-58k per month in hand.
Advice to Management
Increase the annual package by at least the average rate of inflation. Stop unnecessary hiring just to increase the bench strength and impress the clients. It is bleeding the company.
