Does U.S. Bank offer parental leave?
Pros
Good benefits package, they do pay for your education and offer 16 weeks maternity/ paternity leave.
Cons
The claim of being the most “ethical bank” isn’t the case in the Charlotte market. The management is a clique- either you in or you out. The culture is gossipy and COVID running rampant in the branches. Favoritism is clearly displayed and encouraged.
Advice to Management
Fire all the senior leadership and start fresh. The company is great I’m sure but the branch banking level is beyond corrupt. From money being off in the TCR, and being covered up, to Covid being spread in branch like crazy. It’s sad. Managers gossiping like high schoolers.
