Interview
I was contacted for an interview and spent significant time preparing. The interviewer called five minutes late and, after a brief mention of a recent company party, did not introduce herself or the company, nor did she invite me to introduce myself. The conversation immediately focused on why I was applying for the position given my qualifications, with the interviewer repeatedly stating that I was overqualified without adequately exploring my motivations or clarifying her assumptions.
The interviewer appeared stressed and the conversation felt unstructured. The entire interview lasted about eight minutes, during which I realized that the process did not reflect the professionalism or structure I would expect from a company I would want to work for. Ultimately, I agreed with her assessment that I was not the right fit.
While I appreciate directness, this conversation could have been handled more efficiently via email, saving both parties time and effort. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and disappointing.

Fazit: Extrem umfangreicher Bewerbungsprozess mit Hinauszögerung einer Entscheidung und mangelnder Kommunikation
Es wurde Anfangs eine Einstellung im September kommuniziert, allerdings wurde eine Entscheidung über Zu- oder Absage erst am 2. September getroffen was komplett inakzeptabel ist. Die Verlängerung des Entscheidungsprozesses wurde nicht kommuniziert.
