Asking non-standardized questions to know my skills, checking my communication and flexibility to work. They check our punctuality , behaviour with interviewer and patience skills too. There are two steps in the interview , firstly will be communication round then technical round which depends on the educational and expertise level of candidate. Questions are made like that.

The office is located inside a narrow lane. Once entered, i was asked to wait in an area which was a reception area cum kitchen and dining area. The woman who conducted my interview would rather be described as a not impressive senior. Before even asking about my expectations she established a much higher pay which was to be allotted for me. Surprised, i caught a breath and then she went on saying how i would have to deposit more money to them. Thereby killing my whole purpose for searching a job.
