Started off as one of the more pleasant interview processes and ended in one of the weirdest ever that I've ever gone through. TL;DR it doesn't seem like either they're seriously hiring or know what they're looking for.
The interviewers rushed me through all of the rounds. Each meet seemed to come out super well. Finished all the rounds end of Dec and received an email stating that I was a "clear fit technically and culturally" but that I needed to wait for the new year budgetary parameters in early-mid Jan. Followed up early January and given a specific date I could expect more information. Day before that date, received an email from a different person on the talent team basically reiterating the first email but in even *more* vague terms. Asked for clarity and was ghosted.
