1st Class Real Estate interview questions

The owners were very knowledgeable and kind. I enjoyed the interview process. I left truly excited about the possibility of joining their team! The offered a genuine connection and that’s a rare find in todays market.

Interview was quick and guarded. While recruiter seemed interested he was more interested in knowing details about my currently company and how things worked as well as asking many questions about past employers and how they ran their offices. Only done at the office which is not a good fit for many agents like me. I do not like to talk about past employers negatively so that kept thigns short.
