I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 23 Paul Street (Shoreditch, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
I applied via indeed at the beginning of the month and the following day received a call from the person overseeing recruitment. It was unexpected but the call went well and then I was invited to a face to face interview the next day.
As I already had a couple of interviews the next day i asked if I could come in another day which the person agreed to, so the following Monday I attended an onsite interview.
The in person interview went well and lasted 30 minutes. During this time I provided examples of previous roles and how my experience related to the job.
At the end of the interview I was told about the next steps and that I should hear within a few days via email.
A couple of days went past and I received an email and call inviting me to the final interview stage where I was given a task which was split in two parts. I was given over a week to complete the task and the night before I sent over my presentation.
As this was on one of the strike days I gave myself extra time to get there.
At the second and final stage of the interview which took place on thursday 11th, I provided an overview of my previous roles again to the new person and then presented the task to the two people over seeing recruitment for the position.
The interview lasted 45 minutes and I felt I developed a rapport with both people in my interview.
At the end I was told I would hear from them on Monday 15th and as I was lead out I was told "see you soon" by one of the people who had interviewed me which made me feel positive about the outcome. Monday came and went and I have heard nothing, yet again I have been ghosted after an in person interview.
Its bad enough being ghosted after a virtual interview but to have it done in person makes it even worse.
