The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 24 Hour Fitness (Foothill Ranch, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
Applied for the job online. I went in to the 24 hour fitness about a week later and met the manager. We set up an interview there for a week later. It was a 1 on 1 interview and she just asked me the standard questions out of the 24 hour interview guide. It was a very relaxed interview but the manager was very unprofessional and was dressed in jeans and a sports jacket. I played college sports in college and the manager did not seem to care or think that would make me a good candidate to work at a gym, the manager only cared about my past work experience and said there was no room for advancement.
