If you are offered an interview, the least you can expect is that the phone interview will happen. If a person in management or HR doesn't call you or email you even though you have an interview time and day, in my opinion, look elsewhere.

Interview
They had a great interview process. First I met with the fitness manager, then the club manager.
I would highly recommend them to personal trainers looking to start. They really do give you a good foundation.
