Interview
I cut the interview short because the guy interviewing me apparently thought I wanted to be a membership counselor. I don't do minimum wage or commission I am a week shy of a degree in management with a large background in IT as well. Either way when he started talking about selling selling selling I cut him off politely and let him know I did not apply for that- therefore I did not want to waste his time or my own as I was not interested. Got up and left.

Club manager just asks you questions from a script that is used for everyone. It's now been upgraded to role play certain sales scenarios such as sell me your cell phone. This was added because the company switched to commission in June of 2015.

Pretty easy and straight forward usually the department head positions have a panel interview with 2 or more club managers. You need a 30,60,90 action plan on how you are going to come in and change or run your department. Lots of questions about values and leadership all and all its a easy process.
