Internal interview was more laid back, was interviewing as an internal applicant to another location. I felt as if external applicants have more difficulty finding a position. You must notify your immediate manager if you are applying to another position within the company and my club manager (immediate supervisor) told me about the position. I applied and was called for an interview after 7 business days. Went in for club tour and interview. Was notified of offer 2 days after interview.

very good and consistent interview process. good system for obtaining applications and career fairs are often. want to make sure the applicant is the right fit for the club culture, living the brand while showing sales experience
