I came in for two separate interviews in the Delray Beach, FL location. The second interview we almost like a working audition and shadowing for the most part. In the second interview I was told I would be shadowing with one of the current successful account managers. She was very professional and personable. However I was very turned off that I didn’t find out until I got in her car that this was a door to door sales job as 3MP subcontracts for AT&T to do direct sales to homes. You are literally walking miles during the day going from door to door in a shirt and tie sweating in the south Florida weather with most people that are even home turning you away. I feel like they if they advertised this job as is no one would apply. Please be honest and upfront with your future job postings. I was offered the job, but I declined. There is no base salary and didn’t see this is a real career. I work in sales now and he capacity I work in has a need that actually exist. I’ve had Uverse before and it’s terrible.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 3 Marketing Pillars (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2016

Interview
First was a video interview where 11 prerecorded questions were asked. Follow up was a one on one in person interview at their offices where I barely had to say anything. It was mostly a presentation of what the job entails.
