Very bad interview process they have.
first stage they are sending a online coding assignment, there are 6 questions basically in programming and shell programming. I did it very well and passed all the questions and they invited me to the next step technical interview with CTO.
He doesn't know how to heir a candidate, they want some one how knows everything in their workflow. He doesn't understand the meaning of the CV as He didn't read my CV and He was reading during the interview. He can't make a conclusion about the experience(if I don't work in that industry how can I fit or know everything of other industry).
