Interview
It was a phone call interview where we discussed about my past experiences. The overall experience was calm and very friendly. It represented the kind of culture to expect when working at the company.
first you get a 40 minut long call with HR, they will ask you basic quesitons - about you, what you know about the company. The next day they will call you and inform you if you passed. Then you have interview with the manager and HR. They are friendly but you need to be also professional.
1. Interview with HR- general questions about my studies and about some skills required for the position
2. Interview with managers - questions about logistics and supply chain / solving cases / theoretical questions
