AAJ Technologies interview questions

Phone screen to discuss my overall experience and skills/knowledge of relevant tools, and to learn more about the company and the role. Then a face-to-face interview with the Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at their headquarters.

First step was a short phone interview with recruiter which was mainly to assess my interest in the position, second step was phone interview with Office Manager. The final step was in-person interview with Office Manager and VP of Operations which lasted for over 4 hours. Drug testing and background check were performed after I passed the interview stages and was extended an offer.
