ABC Pest Control interview questions

Recruiter setup a video interview. Gave me good feedback a few days later same week I was scheduled for a 2nd in-person interview and was given high praise. I was then scheduled for a Customer service shadow and waiter 5 days only to get a declining email. To me it made no sense why schedule all of that just to tell me no!
