Informal setting in their office, standard interview questions, friendly conversation, and fast feedback after the interview. Unfortunately, the job position was not a good fit for me, since I was looking for something else back then

The interview went smooth and nice, they have a wonderful office. But, unfortunately, there was no feedback after. The evaluation criteria was unclear and even my email with request to give a proper feedback was ignored. It felt not nice to waste time for the interview and the rest and then don't receive any feedback and follow up.
