Semi formal interview process, started with a short questionnaire on things you’re expected to know with an environmental background. General discussion on responsibilities and expectations of the role followed by personal history.
It was a single-round interview with a quick phone screening beforehand. There was an interview with two people, one interviewer was a national manager and the other was a team lead. It was quick and to the point, in and out in less than 30 minutes.
