Overall, it was a great interview experience. I first spoke with the CEO, who assessed my background and overall fit for the company. This was followed by a detailed technical interview with the technical lead, which was well-structured and engaging. The entire process was smooth and transparent, and I received a competitive offer within two weeks of the initial interview.

Interview
Company interviewed me about 9 months before and they called me again for a similar position. Last time, they wanted to do a follow up interview and did not schedule it. This time, they also asked me if I wanted to do the next steps in the interview process because the manager wanted to understand if there was a cultural fit. I agreed, but the company never got back to me for that second interview time and day.

This means the manager does not know how to select job candidates and is just passing the decision-making onto a younger person who has even less experience than he does.
