I received an email the day after I submitted my application to set up a phone interview for the following day. The interview was brief and included questions about my background and questions about relocating to DC. About a week later I received another email to set up an video interview with their Vice President. I reviewed my background and asked a few questions about the position and hiring process. He was nice and seemed interested in my skills. He said they would follow up with a third and final interview with another manager. They checked references and did a simple background check. I followed up after another week since I hadn’t heard anything. They said they would be reaching out by the end of that week. They didn’t contact me again.
