Standard online application form + CV submission followed by a prompt to video interview. Video interview is simple enough if you've prepared some answers to the questions (which have already been posted by other candidates) After passing this stage I was then invited to interview at the Central London office: ~30/45 minute interview with Director followed by a tour of the office and then 45minute chat with 2 graduates who tell you what it's really like working there. Overall a very pleasant experience. Waiting to hear back about outcome
