      Graduate Process Engineer Interview

      New Orleans, LA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (New Orleans, LA) in Mar 2013

      Interview

First received a call from the HR, informing me about the intention of the manager for a phone interview. The phone interview is about an hour. Once passed, an on-site interview is carried out, which lasted for an hour as well. No written examinations. The hiring manager insisted on first offering an internship, before any possibility for a full-time position.

      Interview

Two interviewers (one grad one more senior engineer) where they started with "introduce yourself" question, then moved on to explaining what their team does and providing more info on AECOM, and then onto the presentation I had prepared. They give you a couple of questions to prepare beforehand and you have to present them followed by a QnA
