I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Jul 2019
Interview
Phone interview then email requesting additional documents. The talent acquisition person was impressed by my background and sent an email to proceed to the next stage. Then she asked for grades (which were not part of the job description) and rejected my application based on that. A couple of months later she called and said the job is mine if i wanted it.
Cv uploaded, invitation to complete online assessment, invitation for video interview, shortlist for a/c. Overall it is the standard corporate assessment system, a lot of AI used to sift applicants. Would rather more tete-a-tete style process.
