Interviewed with one face-to-face with another via speaker phone. It was pretty informal and comfortable. The who interview lasted about 30 minutes. I also had to submit to a background check as well as a drug screen. One interviewer was the day-to-day manager who was able to give a good description of normal duties and tasks.
