The interview was fast and rather simple. Mainly questions focused on the task that I would be performing as a data entry clerk, a quick check if I was alright with the rotating schedules and so on.

Interview
This is going to be long as I want to tell the story so you can still decide as early as now. The previous feedback and reviews I read here were real. I was applying for a QA post. There were some errors or incorrect information in the assessment so I reached out to the recruiter through the platform where I saw the job ad. She had it done and I submitted the requirements. The next day, she offered me a different post since they "opened a last minute job offer". I accepted. I was then asked if I can do the interview on that same day. I said, 'yes'. After awhile, she mentioned to have the interview the next day. I agreed. I attended the interview. My camera was turned on and all of the attendees on their party were not turning their camera on. (Side comment: Seemed unprofessional). I was asked if I have CRM experience. I said 'yes' and they told me what kind of work/responsibility would I do for them. It was more of instructing me and not really informing me. They asked me if I can start today. So I was shocked. It was not really an interview but merely saying I'll do the job right now because they only have 1 person working on the task and the poor lady really needs help. Though I said I could start immediately (and I meant it), I asked questions. The experience was overwhelming since I was just expecting an interview but since they are giving me the task right away, I had to ask them questions. See below including their answers: 1. 'will there be a contract?' - NO (they're claiming they are BPO but no contract?) 2. 'what time will the training start and how long is it going to take?' - I was given 30 minutes rest then we could start. It was supposed to be 6 hours work with short breaks. 3. 'how much would be the pay?' - $3.50/hour 4. 'how would I receive the payment?' - wired directly to your bank 5. 'when can I expect the payment?' - every 2 weeks 6. 'will I have rest day/off?' - yes, I can have off during federal holiday is US (question was not really answered) 7. 'since there's no contract, what's my assurance of keeping the job? if they wouldn't like my work, they would just terminate my service right there and then' - she answered that they are big corporation and that they wouldn't risk their name not paying the worker after terminatio (Side comment: she didn't really quite get my question but this is actually questionable - they are 'big corporation' but they can't provide a contract? they would not want to turn on their camera and show their faces? they do not have the right process for applications? there are only few people working for them and really have short manpower? how was it big corporation?) At the end of the discussion when I no longer have question, they told me that the recruiter would reach out to me for the decision. (I just agreed to end the call but I was asking myself, "What decision? I thought they were giving me the job?") After few minutes, I got an email that I did not get the job and that they would move forward. (Side note: That's fine with me since there are lots of red flags and I really find them and their process unprofessional) Opinion: I think they didn't really want me to continue even though they needed because I was asking too many questions and asking for a contract. But again, it's fine with me because there are too many red flags.

Interview
Very bogus, I applied and got dm'd on LinkedIn the next day. They hadn't scheduled an interview over email like other companies. Got sent some questions i had to reply over voice and sent back to them and got a skype call next. Had to role play and was expecting feedback. No feedback since even after I dm'd back over all the channels. Very unprofessional and says a lot about the company. Do Not waste your time here..absolute entrails
