I sent a online application, which took about 2 weeks to get a phone call for a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic and lasted for about 15 minutes. There were typical interview questions such as tell me about yourself, tell me about internship with xyz company, why are you interest in a underwriting analyst position, why AIG? This was followed by a superday where I and eight other individuals were interviewing for 3 positions. The individuals who I intereviewed with straight out said that this job is really easy and anyone could do it. Overall, I intereviewed with 6 people which lasted about 30 min each. After the interview I was told to wait 2 weeks for a reply. I waited 3-4 weeks got a reply that I was not selected for one of the three positions.
