Interview
The interviewers were quite nice but they were quite tight in scheduling the interview. I had a conversation with each of them for 30 minutes. I wished I could reschedule the interview to buy me more time to do my homework more thoroughly.

What do you think of the accident and health industry?
HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
