I applied through university career website and had interview on campus. 2 30 minutes interview. The interviewers were friendly so that I was able to answer the interview question comfortably. I only had one round interview.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
Pretty behavioral. Had two 30 minute interviews on campus. The first one was very relaxed and impromptu conversation. The second was a bit straight out of the question papers. But in general nothing technical was involved.

Question 1
I was Econ major, so most of the questions dwelled on why tech and how I could make an impact having no prior tech knowledge.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AIG (Berkeley Heights, NJ)
Interview
Three behavioral interviews which judge personality more than anything else. Met them in my school career fair and they contacted me after 3 days. Told me options and scheduled an interview for the following week. Really easy interview with behavioral only questions and no technical questions at all. At a deserted place in Berkeley heights, NJ. Got a call 2 days after and got offered a ton of money.
