None, I knew the hiring manager professionally so the process was truncated. I got lucky. But in general, they focus primarily on personality and fit since they already can glean your experience from your resume.
Fairly standard interview. Questions were about motivations and subject matter expertise. There was also a question about how I would approach a task. I appreciated the questions were genuinely related to the role and that the Interviewers were friendly and accommodating
