Interview with HR regarding position. They asked me about previous experience and what I can offer in the role. Very easy process and further interviews now taking place. Company seems very good fit.

How do you balance modernization vs. innovation?
• Optimize the most painful debts first (e.g., pipelines blocking CI/CD velocity).
HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
• The operator’s dashboard — screens that let humans control and monitor machines.
• Example: Touchscreens in a factory where workers start/stop processes or adjust settings.
In AMDT: octoplant records and tracks HMI configuration changes, ensuring safety and compliance.

I applied online, and the recruiter reached out to me the same day to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, the recruiter set up a video interview with the hiring manager. There was zero communication after the interview. An email I sent to the recruiter went unanswered. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm in today's job market, but still unprofessional and disappointing.
