The interview was straight forward. Well explained on job description and the stages that I need to go through before signing contract with the company itself. Hiring manager is very friendly. Talked about my past experience in financial market. Few questions has asked during the interview.

Went for interview with my foreign friend . Please beware .
Immediately asked my friend to enter credit card details in first 5 mins of interview ( said it was part of collecting information ) to open trading account . Company looks makeshift . Doesn't look credible .

Interview
This month I have gone received a call and went through the interview it was very frank. You have to trade with your own money at their affiliate broker AVA Trade with a minimum of $500. The HR mentioned after a month you will be brought aboard the company if you pass. 3 months probation as a Junior Trader and would progress after. A friend of mine who had the interview mentioned he had a track record but they still required my friend to go trade his own money as the trading test. I had to think about the offer.
