First part of the interview conducted in a group setting outlining the market, compensation, schedule and licensing requirements. Second part of the interview is conducted one-on-one with a member of their leadership team.

Are you willing to commit to and follow a proven process?
Was warming and friendly, was able to answer all of my questions and did not feel like I was being rushed in order to get to another interview. Was also very reassuring in any doubt that this was not a good position to be in.

They mainly asked if this was a position that would work with me and I see potential in for myself
The interview process was easy. I had 2 interviews. I had the first interview and a final interview. They asked alot of questions and went over the process of getting my insurance license
