Interview
Interview as a whole was a positive experience. The interviewers used a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) methodology to assess individual experience and response to situations. I was able to ask questions at the end to learn more about the company and KPI’s for the role.

Question 1
How many projects have you managed at one point in time and what was the cumulative total spend?
Fairly standard interview process. Prescreen was done through email, instead of a phone call which I thought was odd. I was then invited to a panel interview. Panel interview was mostly STAR questions, nothing too difficult.
Short phone call screening and about two weeks late an hour three-person panel interview. Mostly behavioral questions and questions about interest in the company. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.
