Interview
The interview took 3 stages, a first phone call with the HR director, after one week - an in-person conversation with the same HR director and one more person - the manager of the department. The third interview was with the same person and vice president.

Question 1
The first and second questions were related to my past experience and career goals. The 3rd one was quite weird, the person questioning me didn't listen and interrupted me all the time.
