AREVO interview questions

An HR staff made a phone call, asked about the overall experience with the test. She asked my self-assessment for the test and then explained carefully about the it. She was really nice and soft. After that, she scheduled the time for the official interview. I joined the interview with the HR manager and the manager of the Marketing department. The guy who is the HR manager was really kind and thoughtful. He gave me his feedback for my test and some useful advices that I could use later. The conversation with the Marketing manager was normal with typical questions for the position and my personality to see if I would be a good fit.

I had got an exciting interview, very open but professional. We discussed the experience, industry, and business... I felt that was not an interview, just a discussion between friends, but after that, I realized I showed many things about myself during this interview. How smart the bosses are!
