ARRO Consulting, Inc. interview questions

Immature and shady interview process with the Corporate office in Lititz, PA with Human Resources and Engineering. The job was in Philly suburbs. They offered me a job for a different position and different salary than I interviewed for, which was weird. I asked them about that, and they said that people were on vacation and couldn't answer my questions right now, so I should let the offer letter expire and the people would answer my questions when they returned from vacation. Then they became very hard to reach. Then they asked me for references (weird at this stage). I provided references, my references told me they had good conversations with the company. Then the company became very hard to reach again. Then they told me they decided to go with another candidate. I called and left messages and emails for weeks seeking clarification, and they ghosted me like a teenage girl.
