Interview
Assessment Centre and Interview with tour of facility. Group activities were done in the assessment centre and then people were broken out into 2 on 1 interviews. Heard a response fairly quickly and then attended a 2 day training process.

Name a time you have gone out of your way to help someone else?
Straighforward and simple process. Questions were easy to answer and interviewer was very friendly. Felt more like a chat than an interview. Really happy with the interview process. Good to go!
Face to face interview alongside other interviewees who are applying for other range. Several "team-building" tasks were also carried out. Overall process was fairly informal, I only had a day between the actual interview and the phonecall where I was told I had the interview.
