Very chilled, asked basic questions like tell me a bit about yourself etc.. then why you want the job and what you can being to the team you also get asked about scenarios
It was a very simple interview process with a lot of positive questions asked about my experience. There were some group acitivities also which included some customer service role plays.
Easy friendly interview. Just checking I had all the relevant paperwork for my right to work in the UK. And also what hours I would be able to work for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASDA (Antrim, Northern Ireland) in Sept 2021
Interview
Very relaxed, basically just asked me when can I work, all about my availability, nothing personal. Quite a quick process from interview to job starting. Think they were desperate for home shoppers.
