ASM Technologies Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview person is not good in initiating the process, directly jumping why you need to switch, when we say better opportunities..,he says so you are blaming the current company. He is more of like try to get into conflicts first. Doesn't know how to address, no grounds of humble to people. No value given to the candidate. Pls train your interview taking persons on polite way of speaking and some basic ethics.
