The first interview process started positively, and I was quickly invited to a second-round discussion for a senior leadership position.
However, after the second round, communication became extremely slow and unclear. Despite follow-ups and indications that a decision would be made within a few weeks, the process extended for a very long time without meaningful updates or closure.
The overall interview experience also felt surprisingly cold and transactional for a senior-level role. Expectations discussed during the interview around transformation timelines and delivery speed did not feel well aligned with the realities of large enterprise environments.
Overall, the experience left an impression of poor candidate communication, weak process management, and unrealistic expectations for leadership positions.
