3 stage interview. Was informed that the initial screening phone call by hiring manager would be an informal chat. It wasn't, there were situational interview questions, if I hadn't asked poignant questions I would have learnt nothing about the organisation or the role. 2nd interview was a formal Teams one with Hiring Manager and another manager, I knew what to expect and was prepared. They were both very nice and I felt at ease. 3rd I interview was a teams meeting with a Director, I was told this was an informal conversation for both parties to learn more about one another. It wasn't, it was another situational interview which felt formal, Through the 3 stage process an overview of the company and role was not given. The process seemed rather excessive for the role and salary.
