AVIV AMCG interview questions

Called me to ask about my resume, and asked what is my experience. Then, they scheduled a meeting via Microsoft Teams. In this interview, they asked me what were my challenges in my previous experience, what are my advantages and disadvantages.

I had HR call 10-15 minutes, after that she called me for interview and. the interview were about 30 min with the HR and after that i had a exam for English , math and logic. when i passed that i had an interview with the mangers.
