The process took 1-2 months. Applied through Reed. Started off with an analytical task, then a virtual interview, after passing that, moved onto an assessment centre/day. Making it a two-stage process. The assessment day was easy, intro to AXA, a group task, an individual interview and then a 1-2-1 chance to present/discuss a topic they'll give you a week prior.
