Abacus IT Operations Manager interview questions

The interview lasted for 40 minutes and the owner could not wait to get the interview over after he saw that I was black. He was very enthusiastic in emails leading up to the interview but once the camera was on and he saw the color of my skin his face became disassociated and his body language resembled some one who was looking for an emergency exit as if he had walked through the wrong door.
