Interview
Came for campus placement. Introduction started then a little briefing about the policies of the company and the training period. There were two broad profiles technical and non technical. There were only to rounds for non technical and three rounds for technical profile. Basically the technical round was slashed off for the non technical candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st round verbal ability test- English grammar, jumble words, active passive etc test in mcq. Had to get 50% marks. 24 questions, 12 marks cut off and negative marking of 0.5.
2nd Technical round- The worst round. Rather checking googling skills of the students. Questions like date of adding @ to email, year in which internet was launched and even specific dates for things that are not to be remembered usually. Nothing related to technical skills or web development. Rather a way to filter most of the candidates because the questionnaire was so weird.
3rd round PI- asking about their company, parent company, why should we hire you etc.
