Initial phone screening, followed by a request to complete some personality/logic test. Once you pass that you're then ferried along to hiring again where they send you to a manager for a phone interview, if you pass that, you're sent to another phone interview. If all is well, you come in, take the test again and interview with at least 2 others.

Submit resume, online assessment (IQ and behavioral), in house assessment, and interview with 4 people.
