Ace Management (KS) interview questions

The HR manager call to schedule a one on one interview. First round: the sales manager asked why I chose this company, did I have any sales background, salary expect. Second round: meet the other sales manager to see how they work on a daily basis at the super market. Then they ask processes they hunt a customer in the supermarket (steps). Final round: meet CEO to go over qualifications, salary.

It was a very laid back feeling. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They had me do the first interview and then passed me on to an on-site interview. It was not difficult and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in the doors of their company.
